Seaweed Salad

Put the seaweed in a bowl together with water for hours to soften the seaweed.

Drain the water. Slice the seaweed into small pieces.

Cook the chicken with a little bit of salt, soy sauce (thick) and water. Slice the chicken.

Slice the onion, chop chili.
Mix the seaweed, chicken, onion, chili, half lemon (juice) and salt to make the salad.

snake gourd

Cut Snake Gourd and remove the seeds. Clean with water.


Crush onions, garlic and dry prawn. Mix the crushed thing together with tumeric powder, chili powder, salt and a little fish gravy.

Put those thing inside the snake gourd and place the snake gourd in a pot.
Cook with 3 spoons of oil and a little water.
When the water already gone and the oil comes up the surface, ready to serve.

Sagu Noodle

Boil the mushroom.


Boil the water.
Sagu + water

Beat 2 eggs.

Cook Sagu.

Cook eggs and mushroom in Sagu . Add some soy sauce (thick), sugar, salt.

Chicken.

Balachaung (fish paste) together with chili, lime juice and sugar.

Noodle


Ready to serve.

Tiger Prawns and Cheese


1. Clean the Tiger Prawns.


2. Place the prawns in a bowl.
Sprinkle in the lime juice and Tabasco, toss them around.
Leave them to marinate for about 15 minutes.





3. Slice one onion, chop 2 chillies and crush 3 or 4 cloves of garlic.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
Cook the onions for about 3 minutes before adding the garlic and the chillies.
Continue cooking these for another 2 minutes.

5. Put the onion mixture in the baking pan and then drain the prawns.
Add salt and freshly milled black pepper.Pour the cream over, and then followed by cheese.

6. Cook in the oven for about 6 minutes.
